Michael Srebnick has been practicing worker’s compensation and personal injury law in the State of Florida for nearly 30 years. He graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in Psychology in 1985. He went on to study law at the University of Miami, graduating with Cum Laude honors in 1989 Mr. Srebnick is “AV” rated by Martindale Hubble’s peer rating system, the highest rating achievable for both legal abilities and ethics. For more than 20 years, he has been vigorously pursuing his clients’ rights to money damages in cases where personal injury or death has been the result of injuries in the workplace, carelessness, negligence, product liability, medical malpractice or the violation of other legal rights.

Mr. Srebnick spent the first few years of his career primarily defending product manufacturers, airlines and airplane manufacturers in high exposure personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits. That experience provided invaluable insight into how the insurance industry, viewed, analyzed and resolved personal injury and wrongful death cases, product liability cases and medical malpractice cases. During those early years of practice, he decided that his abilities would be best served fighting for the rights of those injured, or the families of those who had died, as a result of workplace injuries, defective products, careless healthcare or other neglect or abuse. Since 1996 he has devoted 100% of his practice to the representation of victims in cases of injury or death caused by workplace accidents, neglect, abuse, medical malpractice, product liability or the violation of other legal rights.
